Rebecca Schiffman is a Brooklyn-based writer, editor, and art historian. She is currently working towards her Master’s in Art History at Hunter College and is the Assistant Editor at Art & Object. Some of her interests include the French salon, female Surrealists, and art criticism in shaping art history. She loves going to art exhibitions, pretending to be good at pottery, crocheting, and playing with her cat, Monkey.
